Company pension scheme; Our contributory pension scheme is with the Royal London, if employees meet the qualifying criteria they will be automatically enrolled after 3 months’ service. 28 days’ annual leave per year, increasing with length of service up to a maximum of 35 days (pro rata for part time staff), plus the 8 statutory bank holidays and up to 3 company closure days over the Christmas period. The holiday year runs from 1st August – 31st July.
