Evening Receptionist

Due to our continued growth and the upcoming launch of our Digital Media Hub building and music venue, Metronome at Marco Island and an increase in demand at Antenna our thriving business hub in the heart of the creative quarter, we are recruiting for Evening Receptionists. This is an interesting opportunity to join our friendly reception team, during an exciting time for the organisation.

As Evening Receptionist, you will manage the reception desk of one of our four city centre sites, including our current TV and Film teaching space in Sneinton. The core evening hours are Monday to Friday with various shifts between 4.00 pm – 9.30 pm, with flexibility to do additional hours for evening and weekend events as required.  You will handle incoming calls, manage visitors, respond to enquiries and carry out a range of admin duties. Our Evening Receptionists play an important role, ensuring operations run smoothly outside of normal office hours.

You must have experience of working in a similar people facing role, coupled with a good telephone manner and excellent MS Office skills. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your work effectively, you are calm under pressure and possess a confident and assertive manner. This is a lone working position, therefore candidates must be confident to work on their own initiative. Ideally you will have some understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures, or be willing to undertake training. You will possess the ability to be flexibility when required, due to the nature of the role.
