Student Data and Reporting Officer

If you have experience in maintaining data and working in a fast-paced professional environment, this role as Student Data and Reporting Officer in our busy education support team is for you! Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies (CICT) is a forward-thinking centre of learning. Recognised for the high standards of our teaching, as well as our enviable industry connections, we provide a vibrant and professional learning environment for over 2000 further and higher education students studying for careers in the creative industries. CICT is part of the Confetti Media Group, which was acquired by Nottingham Trent University in 2015, increasing the opportunities for growth and success over the coming years.

Here at Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies, we have a bespoke and integrated FileMaker database system that tracks all aspects of the student journey. Join us and you will be part of our growing MIS team, updating, maintaining and running FileMaker whilst also delivering training to ensure users are confident in their use of the system.

With good time management and excellent attention to detail, you will be responsible for providing relevant and timely information to all Education Teams to allow staff to make informed decisions, highlight areas for improvement and build on the quality of our provision. Alongside this, you will also be responsible for a small team overseeing the education funding income from Lead Providers.

In return you will receive a generous holiday allowance, starting at 28 days per year, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure, as well as access to a range of other employee benefits, including our travel discounts and our healthcare cash plan.

Confetti is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure application to the Disclosure & Barring Service.

Confetti Media Group consists of Spool, our post-production, film and TV company, our music and live events venue, Metronome, our creative business centre, Antenna and our furniture design and installation company, Constellations. We are a key partner in Nottingham’s TV channel Notts TV and are at the forefront of developments within the Creative Quarter.
