Now in our 25th year, we provide a vibrant and professional learning environment for over 1600 passionate and committed students studying for careers in the creative industries. In 2015 the Confetti Media Group was acquired by Nottingham Trent University, increasing the opportunities for growth and success over the coming years. We have recently undergone an exciting campus transformation, part of a £12m development programme.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and committed Teaching and Learning Manager to lead on the intervention and development of Teaching and Learning at Confetti Media Group. With over two years’ experience in education leadership and holding a recognised teaching qualification, you will be a role model for outstanding teaching and learning.
You will be responsible for sourcing and identifying opportunities and activities to further enhance the teaching and learning development of staff, including the opportunity to undertake Teaching Qualifications (e.g. PGCE, AET). You will have the ability to tackle problems proactively and efficiently, whilst continuously developing innovative strategies to enhance Teaching and Learning.
We are looking for someone who has excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate others to fulfil their teaching potential. With a proven track record of improving Teaching and Learning, you will be confident in providing mentor support to those in need.
With CICT celebrating its 25th anniversary of delivering education for the creative industries, there hasn’t been a better time to join CMG.
In return, you will receive a generous holiday allowance starting at 28 days per year, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure, as well as access to a range of other employee benefits, including our travel discounts and our healthcare cash plan.
Confetti is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure application to the Disclosure & Barring Service.
