We are now recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join our growing Technical team as a Technical Resource Administrator. The technical department are responsible for audio visual technical support across a wide range of disciplines throughout the company and we are looking for a Technical Resource Administrator to support the management of our technical store.

You will provide first line customer service for technical resource bookings, including preparation of equipment for both booked and timetabled sessions, as well as ad hock booking requests that may arise.

You will also mentor students on technical equipment care and manage and update the equipment-booking system, ensuring that the asset inventory is up to date and maintained.

If you are familiar with the hardware or software technologies used in the study of music technology and live events, video game technology, and film and television production then this would be advantageous. If you have excellent customer service skills and the ability to organise your work effectively, we would like to hear from you!
